    Who's eligible for the program?

    While ConnectHome Akron's initial focus will be in AMHA owned properties, the initiative will expand to reach all of Summit County's low-income individuals, including:

    • AMHA Residents
    • Head Start
    • Section 8 Residents
    • Medicaid
    • National School Lunch Program
    • Social Security Disability (SSD)
    • Community College Student with Pell Grant
    • Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
    • Energy Assistance (LIHEAP)
    • Financial Assistance (e.g. TANF)
    • Food Support (SNAP), or
    • Annual income under 200% of poverty level
