SAMHSA National Help Line

SAMHSA's National Helpline is a confidential, free service avalible 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It is in English and Spanish, and serves individuals and family members facing mental and/or substance use disorders. Along with referal to local support groups, treatment facilities, and other orginizations, you can also order free publications and other information.

Alcohol, Drug Addiction, & Mental Health Services Board

Two out of every three Ohioans are impacted by a friend or family member with an addiction or mental illness. While this is hard to hear, there are services and supports available in your community to get you on the road to recovery! ADM Board not only offers assistance in finding services, but also has a crisis textline and an addiction hotline.

Crisis Text Line is free, 24/7 support for those in crisis. Text HOME to 741741 from anywhere in the US to text with a trained Crisis Counselor, or contact them via Facebook Messenger. Crisis Text Line works to help texters move from a heated moment to a cool, calm moment, and guides texters to create a plan to stay healthy and safe.
